10 minute Gym-less Workout!

In the style of Cross-Fit 5 exercises target your entire body, both strength & cardio, requiring only a pull-up bar, kettlebell or dumbbell, resistance band & ab-slings.  2 sets of each exercise, repping to failure with no rest in between in order to also increase your heart rate.  Be sure to warm-up properly first - only you can know if you're adequately warmed up and ready to go.  After performing this workout your metabolism will be boosted for several hours following due to Elevated Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption, muscle pump and recovery
