Sample Client Session: My Training Methods & Philosophy at Work
Here I let you follow along as I train one of my clients who volunteered to be filmed.
It's a full-body, functional & holistic approach. Performance, function & range-of-motion are emphasized...aesthetics & optimal physique then naturally follow. Improving lean-body mass & body composition are the goal. We say FAT-loss instead of weight-loss. We say LEAN & not skinny. Each client's training session is tailored to their specific goals: there is no single cookie cutter approach that works for everyone.
